Made entirely from Chardonnay grown in the cool Adelaide Hills, it's bottle-fermented and given long ageing on lees, building brioche, grilled nut and toasted biscotti notes around a core of lemon rind and citrus blossom. The 2017 has a round, rich palate balanced by linear acidity, with a creamy mouthfeel and a finish touched with tart marmalade and subtle spice.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eServe well chilled in a tulip glass.
