Vine age spans 25 to 90 years, with the Cinsault the oldest component, and most of the vines are bush-trained. The blend lands at Grenache 37 per cent, Mataro 36 and Cinsault 27. Each batch had four to six hours on skins before pressing to tank for fermentation, with a small portion going into seasoned oak to build texture. Six months on lees in tank followed before bottling.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSummer berries, spring blossom, ripe citrus and a savoury undertone of earth and spice. Full-flavoured and vinous, with width across the palate. Serve at 9 degrees.
