It's made by the Battle of Bosworth team, Joch Bosworth and Louise Hemsley-Smith, from organically grown local fruit. The Vale is known for ripe, generous Shiraz, and this one shows that fruit without heavy oak.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRipe plum and blackberry with soft, round tannins. Try it at 16–18°C with barbecued meats, lasagne or a cheese board.
