The sweet juice is fortified with neutral grape spirit, and long ageing in old oak casks concentrates it and brings malt, tea-leaf and butterscotch notes. This level, one up from the bottom of the four, blends older material from the family's aged stocks while keeping the finish fresh.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSilky and rich, all butterscotch, malt and cold tea. Pour 60ml at 14–16°C with hard cheeses, crème brûlée, a nut tart or after-dinner coffee.
