The grapes see a short ferment on skins before grape spirit is added, keeping them sweet. A brief time in older oak follows, and the rest of the ageing is left to the bottle.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDeep and firm now, it will soften and gain complexity over many years.
