They're better known for Muscat, Topaque and their red vintage wines, but this draws on the same local habit of fortifying with grape spirit, applied to white grapes. The goal is freshness, not dessert-level richness, so it works as an aperitif, and the smaller bottle means you finish it while it's fresh.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGolden and nutty, with gentle fruit. Chill it to 6–8°C and pour 60ml as an aperitif, or make it long over ice with tonic and orange.
