Northern Tasmania gives Pinot Noir a long, cool growing season, and the reds that come out of it tend to be bright and red-fruited, with fine tannin and real acid drive. This 2018 has had time in bottle and drinks accordingly.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMature Tasmanian Pinot leans savoury: red cherry, forest floor, a little dried herb, with silky tannin and lively acid. Serve at 14 to 16 degrees.
