Hand-sorted berries dropped by gravity into small wooden vessels and stainless steel tanks, with 22 per cent whole bunch holding freshness while framing the fruit. Eleven days on skins, then 600-litre fine-grained demi-muids. This is the only wine in the range to see new oak, and only eight per cent of it in 2024.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMeasured fruit intensity against long, sinewy tannin and compelling energy, since Rob Mann wants wines with spine that make you hungry.
