Cape Crest has been made since 1985 and usually carries a small proportion of Semillon and Sauvignon Gris. The wine is fermented and matured in French oak, largely seasoned, with lees stirring for texture.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eServe at 11 degrees with roast fish, chicken or a creamy risotto.
