The wines are peppery and medium-bodied, made from fruit grown on the warm gravel soils of the Bridge Pa Triangle and around Havelock North. This bottling blends across those sites, uses whole bunches in the ferment and sees French oak, largely seasoned.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eServe at 16 degrees with lamb, charcuterie or roast vegetables.
