Its name is borrowed from the Fondazione Orestiadi, the arts foundation based in the same town. Fruit for the varietal range comes off white clay and limestone; it ferments cool in stainless steel, stays a few months in tank and then gets a short rest in bottle before release.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLight and clean across the palate, with white peach, lemon and a bitter-almond twist, plus a crunch of salinity that keeps things lively.
