It was among the first vineyards Dominik Huber acquired when he began making wine in Priorat with his then partner Eben Sadie. The south-facing aspect gives more flesh and power than the north-facing Arbossar, though the acidity remains notably fresh. Viticulture is biodynamic, as across the estate, and this site is currently going through organic certification. In the cellar, Huber and Tatjana Peceric work by infusion rather than extraction, pouring the juice back over the whole bunches with a jug, and from 2021 the wine is vinified entirely in concrete. The wine that results is bright and charming, with svelte tannins and precise acidity tapering to a long mineral close.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eApproachable after a few years and good for fifteen, it suits roast lamb, game birds or aged cheese.
