That climate shows in this Chardonnay, drawn from estate sites that reach full ripeness without losing their electricity. It's made without malolactic fermentation and with no new oak, keeping pear, green apple, chamomile and jicama sharp and saline. The 2015 has had time in bottle and is more open and expressive, yet still laser-like and full of mouthwatering acidity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eServe at around 10 to 12 degrees.
