Rye brings a firmer, spicier grain character than barley gives, and at this scale the spirit keeps a distinctly handmade quality. Bottlings from this address are scarce.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRye shows as pepper, rye bread crust, mint and dried orange, with a dry, spicy finish. Drink it neat or over one big cube with a little water.
