Citrus peel, beeswax and green apple meet restrained mineral notes, and the palate carries an intense citrus core with subtle oak and an elegant, textural finish. At 13.5% alcohol it has good weight.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eServe chilled but not icy, at around 10 degrees, with grilled whiting, chicken and leek pie or asparagus with hollandaise.
