Medium in body with a fine mineral core and bright acidity, it finishes long and creamy. The estate built its name on careful, consistent winemaking, and this Chardonnay sits comfortably alongside its well-known reds.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eChill lightly, to around 10 to 12 degrees, so the texture comes through. Try it with roast chicken, pan-fried snapper in brown butter or a creamy mushroom risotto.
