The farming is organic and done largely by hand, with ploughing between the rows, low yields and picking in several passes through the vineyard so that only ripe, healthy fruit is taken. Anjou Blanc is the appellation for dry Chenin across the wider district, and here it draws on parcels that sit outside the Savennières boundary.
