What comes here is the material that did not go into those, which is a generous definition of a second wine. Fermentation took place in stainless tanks, without oak or malolactic, and the wine was bottled early. Thomas came to the Hunter from McLaren Vale and has been making Semillon under his own name since 1997.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLemongrass and ripe lime over pure citrus, honeydew through the middle, then a taut, clear-cut finish. Serve it at 9 degrees.
