The Semillon comes off an early-picked block at Braemore, the Sauvignon Blanc from the Saint and Scholar and Kaesler sites in the Hills, pressed at Kaesler and moved cold to the Hunter so nothing was lost in transit. Both were blended straight away and left briefly on lees for texture, then bottled young.
