Mataro brings the savoury depth and backbone, Grenache adds perfume and Shiraz fills out the middle palate. Blending these three is an old Barossa habit, and Tim draws all of them from grower vineyards across the region.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRed and dark fruits, plenty of spice and supple, fine tannins. It drinks well now but has some depth to it.
