The Oremus estate at Tolcsva is named after the vineyard associated with the earliest written account of the aszú method, in the 1630s, and since 1993 it has been owned by the Álvarez family of Vega Sicilia. Furmint dominates the blend, joined by small amounts of Zéta and the aromatic Sárgamuskotály.
