Fruit is hand-picked and part of it fermented as whole bunches for perfume and savoury depth, then matured in older oak. Cherry and blackberry mingle with dried herbs, mint, cracked pepper and a touch of orange zest, framed by fine, brick-dust tannin and a firm, long finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSlightly cool is best, around 14 to 16 degrees.
