Gin Gin clone vines, nineteen years old, were hand-picked on 14 March and whole-bunch pressed with full solids straight into oak, thirty per cent of it new. Wild yeast drove both the primary ferment and a partial malolactic, and the wine spent eight months on lees before bottling. The block wines here come from the lowest-cropping parcels on the site.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDeeper and more layered than the estate wine, with nectarine, lemon curd and a saline, stony finish. Twelve degrees.
