Fourteen days on skins, then nine months in oak with a tenth new. Six vintages in, Kaspar Hermann has the site well read, and this bottling is where that shows at the lowest price.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePure red fruit with a savoury edge, textural finesse and gentle tannin throughout. Serve at 14 degrees.
