All the Shiraz on the property is PT23 clone, spread over two blocks. The 2022 fruit came in over two passes in mid-March, fermented with forty per cent whole bunches and the rest destemmed to berries, and sat three weeks on skins before pressing to seasoned barriques for eleven months. Yields were small and the fruit was impeccable.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDark sappy berries with pepper spice and violets, concentrated through the middle, tannins fine and long. Serve at 16 degrees.
