A portion of the finished wine is drawn from that 1922 solera itself and refreshed with younger material in the traditional way, which is how a blend like this holds depth and energy at the same time. This is the first release under the name.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCocoa, dried fruit and mocha against orange peel and hazelnut, sweet but carried by good acidity to a polished finish. Serve at 12 to 14 degrees in a small glass.
