Trediberri was founded in 2007 by Nicola Oberto with his father Federico and family friend Vladimiro Rambaldi, the name a contraction of the three of them from Berri, the hamlet where they are based. Fruit comes from parcels around Berri and Rocche dell'Annunziata, fermented with native yeast and aged in large oak casks.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eDecant and serve at 17 degrees with agnolotti, roast veal or mushroom risotto.
