They chose a site in the Var, in the hills of Provence east of Aix, drawn by its elevation and cooler conditions. The rosé blends Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah and Merlot and is made in the classic Provence style: pale pink, delicate and dry, with strawberry and white flower aromas and a hint of vanilla.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eServe well chilled.
