This signature Pinot Noir draws on the estate's Central Otago vineyards, in one of the world's most southerly wine regions, where a continental climate of hot days, cold nights and low rainfall gives intense perfume and fine acidity. Red fruit, dried herbs and spice lead on the nose, followed by an elegant, textural palate with real poise, interest and persistence.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eServe at around 15 to 17 degrees, a little cooler than most reds.
