La Guita is made from Palomino Fino, aged in a traditional solera, and is one of Spain's best-known Manzanillas, from the same family-owned sherry group as Valdespino. It is bright yellow with green tints, very mineral and delicate, with zesty citrus notes and a long saline finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eServe well chilled, straight from the fridge, and keep the bottle there once opened, finishing it within a week or so.
