The 2023 is deep garnet, with blackberry, dark cherry, plum, lily, rosemary, birch and dark chocolate. The palate is tightly woven, with layers of dark fruit and spice, a fresh vein of acidity and warm, mouth-coating tannins.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOpen at around 16 degrees and pair with braised beef cheeks, lamb shanks or a mushroom and thyme pie.
