Pale gold in the glass, this Pinot Gris shows lemon zest, lime, nashi pear, sweet basil and sea salt, with crunchy pear, citrus and green apple on a complex, finely textured palate carried by steely acidity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eServe chilled, around 8 to 10 degrees. It comes alive with food: try it with pork dumplings, Thai-style fish cakes, crayfish or a light curry.
