Valli, founded by Central Otago pioneer Grant Taylor and now made with Jen Parr, farms a vineyard in this cool, marginal valley. The wine is fermented with a high level of grape solids, which adds a distinctive savoury note. The 2022 shows lemon zest, green apple, lime and hazelnut, with citrus flavours in harmony with a satiny texture and racy acidity that drives the length. Only small quantities are made.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eServe lightly chilled at around 10 to 12 degrees.
