Valli, the single-vineyard specialist created by Grant Taylor and continued with winemaker Jen Parr, ferments this wine in barrel with some of the grape solids included, adding a subtle savoury note. The 2023 has lemon curd, lime zest, grapefruit, hazelnut and vanilla on the nose, bright citrus and secondary flavours on the palate, and a racy acidity that gives it power and persistence.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eChill it lightly and pair with seared scallops, a creamy chicken pie or grilled snapper with beurre blanc.
