Fruit from several estate vineyards gives a mix of citrus lift and riper stone fruit. Rockmelon and citrus blossom sit alongside struck flint, sea spray and a savoury, mushroomy thread, with fine phenolics and fresh acidity framing the weight, and grilled nectarine and roast pecan on the finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePour it lightly chilled, at around 10 to 12 degrees, so the texture shows.
