The texture is mouth-filling and even, with lively freshness and fine tannin, and liquorice flavours lead into a finish of white pepper and a hint of Szechuan spice.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eServe at 16 to 18 degrees with duck breast, peppered venison or lamb shoulder with Middle Eastern spices.
