Lazzarito occupies a steep south-west-facing slope above the village. Vietti works the site by hand, ferments with native yeast and matures the wine in large oak casks, giving it the years in cellar that Serralunga demands.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eDecant several hours ahead and serve at 17 degrees with roast beef, game or truffled pasta.
