Pinot Noir is sourced from the Casablanca Valley, between Santiago and the port of Valparaíso, where morning fog and breezes off the cold Humboldt Current keep temperatures down through summer. That long, cool season lets the fruit ripen slowly and hold on to its natural freshness, giving a Pinot with red-fruited charm and soft tannins.
