Domaine Vincent Pinard is based in Bué, whose caillottes limestone slopes are the appellation's most celebrated, and is now run by Vincent's sons Clément and Florent, who farm organically and pick by hand. This is one of the domaine's top white bottlings, raised in 600 litre demi-muids already used for previous vintages.
