Fruit went straight to press on arrival at the winery and the juice settled over two days before fermenting, part in stainless steel and part in older French puncheons. A short maturation followed, the parcels were blended, and the wine was bottled in June 2022. The point of the split is texture: the tank component keeps the fruit clean and direct, while the seasoned oak adds breadth without flavour.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYellow apple and lemon with a chalky grip and a dry, faintly honeyed finish. Serve at 10 degrees.
