The 2024 season ran warm and dry on the back of generous winter rain, so the vines never wanted for water, and the reds came in with weight and fine, plentiful tannin. Grapes were destemmed and fermented as whole berries across open vats, static tanks and concrete, kept cool to hold the lifted aromatics, with gentle hand-plunging twice a day. Maturation followed in French oak, a quarter of it new, and concrete.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eExpect dark plum and cassis with a graphite edge, then tannins that are firm without being drying. Decant briefly and serve at 17 degrees.
