Vendanges Tardives requires fruit picked well after the normal harvest, at legally stipulated minimum sugar levels, and Pinot Gris takes to it particularly well, holding weight and spice without losing shape. The Faller family have a long record with sweet whites of this kind, making wines that carry real depth while keeping mineral drive and freshness.
