Fermented with a portion of whole clusters and stems in the traditional Burgundian manner, wine from this site is built for texture and structure while remaining true to Ingelheim's long red wine heritage, a region whose winegrowing history stretches back some two thousand years and which was once celebrated as Germany's red wine capital.
