Since 2004 the property has been farmed organically and biodynamically, holding Demeter certification and membership of Germany's prestigious VDP growers' association, and its steep, mineral-rich vineyard sites, including the quartzite-rich, mid-slope Doosberg site in Oestrich, classified among the VDP's top-rated vineyards, are worked almost entirely by hand, with fruit picked selectively by parcel and fermented spontaneously so that each site can speak clearly through the finished wine.

Structured and built for ageing, this is a serious, mineral-driven dry white suited to fine dining and cellaring alike, and one that rewards patience as much as immediate enjoyment.

*Every effort is made to ensure the current vintage is accurate; however, variations can occur.
