This Grenache Shiraz version leans on McLaren Vale Grenache for perfume, raspberry and a silky texture, with Shiraz filling out the palate. The region's sea breezes and range of soils, from sand to ironstone and clay, suit both varieties well. The 2025 is bright and medium-bodied, with thyme, blueberry and raspberry over a dusting of cinnamon, a hint of baked custard, and fine, sandy tannins holding the fruit together.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eServe slightly cool, at around 15 to 16 degrees, and pour it alongside pulled pork, spiced lamb shoulder, tomato-based pasta or a cheese board.
