Wirra Wirra, founded in 1894 and revived by Greg Trott in 1969, has made Grenache a central part of its identity. The 2025 is perfumed with strawberry, rosewater and raspberry, plus thyme and a touch of nutmeg and clove. Morello cherry and cranberry fill the palate, carried by fine, sandy tannins to an elegant finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eServe at around 16 degrees. Try it with Peking duck, lamb loin, mushroom and thyme pie or a charcuterie board.
