It is made from McLaren Vale Shiraz selected for concentration and depth, with oak adding structure and savoury complexity. The region's warm Mediterranean climate and old soils give Shiraz its trademark generosity. The 2023 shows satsuma plum, blackberry, polished leather and chargrilled meat on the nose with nutmeg, milk chocolate and clove, then plush dark plum, earth and dark chocolate on the palate, with silky tannins and savoury oak.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDecant before serving at around 17 to 18 degrees.
