Suede-like tannins, fine and supple, frame a palate of cranberry and raspberry with darker notes of chocolate, and the finish is balanced and well structured. At 14.5% it carries its warmth comfortably.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBest at around 16 to 18 degrees, with a pepper-crusted steak, venison sausages or a hearty mushroom and lentil pie.
