Eden Valley's cooler, higher sites let the fruit ripen fully while holding freshness, which Viognier needs to avoid heaviness. This wine is pure and fragrant, with fresh apricot, ginger and white flowers, and a long, silky palate of stone fruit with a hint of saffron.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eServe chilled, but not icy, at around 9 to 11 degrees.
