For this wine, fruit grown in the district is selected for depth and longevity and matured in oak. It carries the region's classic signatures: blackcurrant and mulberry, a leafy undertone and a salty note often described as sea spray. The 2024 adds rosemary, violet and blueberry aromas with a hint of choc mint, while the palate is full and rich, ending with dark chocolate and long tannins.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDecant for at least an hour if drinking young and serve at about 17 to 18 degrees. Classic partners include lamb rack with rosemary, a scotch fillet or braised beef cheek.
